
Aloha! We’re Chrissy and Elizabeth Baker, Florida natives whose love for coffee, community, and Hawaiian culture inspired us to create Island Drip Coffee & Tea in 2023. Blending Chrissy’s lifelong coffee dream with Elizabeth’s connection to Hawaii, we’re sharing the spirit of aloha—one cup at a time.

For both our coffee and tea, we proudly work with growers and roasters who prioritize ethical practices and environmental practices. Our Big Island coffee is grown at higher elevations for a rich, smooth flavor and roasted using more energy-efficient methods to reduce environmental impact—because what we serve should not only taste good, but also do good.

Locally, we carry those same values into everything we do—using 100% compostable products to reduce waste and offering our used coffee grounds to the community for reuse in gardening and composting. We also enjoy participating in local events that strengthen our commitment to sustainability and highlight the impact small businesses can make.
